Nordic Style is please to offer its furniture and fabrics to customers in the United States. We invite you to review our ordering information below. Our U.S. Sales Agent, Carrie Eisenberg, will work directly with you to take your order and arrange for in-home delivery through our White Glove delivery service.

Please note that we cannot take any orders online for the U.S., due to shipping and delivery requirements.

HERE’S HOW TO ORDER FROM THE U.S

  1. Contact Carrie, who will send you a brochure packet with product photos, finish chips, price lists and dimensions.
  2. Examine the finish chips and dimensions to ensure that your desired item will work with your color scheme and meet your needs.
  3. Request a shipping and delivery quote from Carrie once you have completed your list of desired items. You may fax her your list using the order form provided in your packet. She will also confirm whether the items are in stock, and provide an estimated delivery time frame.
  4. Work with Carrie to obtain quotes on custom colors or upholstery. Any of the chairs or upholstered goods are available in your fabric (C.O.M.) or any Nordic Style fabric, for an additional charge.

Understanding our measurements

All of our measurements are in metric lengths. We use width measurement first for the longest part of the item i.e. front of desk, followed by the Depth, being the measurement from front to back, with the height measurement last. All our bed measurements are inside measures i.e. mattress size.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery to U.S. customers occurs in two phases: 1. Overseas from London to Chicago via container 2. Customs clearance in Chicago, to our U.S. warehouse, then pick-up and delivery via White Glove Delivery service to the customer’s home. All customs fees are included in the shipping and delivery estimates provided by Nordic Style. Customers will be contacted directly by our White Glove service to arrange a specific delivery date and time.

Shipping and delivery quotes are based on the items, # of items, weight of items and delivery address.

Lead time on on in-stock items are 8 - 10 weeks from date of order to in-home delivery. Lead time for custom order items, or on items out of stock, are provided by the U.S. Sales Office on an individual basis.

PRICING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Pricing
Price lists in U.S. dollars are available through our U.S. Sales Office. Nordic Style reserves the right to update its U.S. prices bi-annually.

Payment Terms
Nordic Style requires payment in advance on in-stock items, upon order placement. Otherwise, a 50% deposit is charged when the order is placed, and the balance is due upon shipping. ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SHIPPING. Please provide your credit card information directly to the U.S. Sales Office via fax or telephone order with Carrie. DO NOT EMAIL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AS THIS IS NOT SECURE.

Shipping and delivery charges are billed separately upon shipping. Customers will receive a copy of their Sales order upon order placement. Customers will receive a copy of their credit card receipt in the mail.

Payment may be made by any major credit card (VISA, Discover, MasterCard) with the exception of American Express. Or you may pay via bank/wire transfer (the U.S. sales office can email you wire transfer instructions.

Return Policy
Nordic Style orders to the U.S. are considered custom and non-returnable, with the exception of damages that may be incurred during the shipping process. Nordic Style will offer customer support, including repair and replacement options, through its U.S. Sales Office.
